The Rio Cuale displays more than 1,000 archaeological pieces from the western part of Mexico and a collection of pre-Hispanic weapons. The Manuel Lepe is a two-story house which was the home of the Mexican painter Manuel Lepe. It exhibits many of his art pieces.

Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe
In the picturesque main plaza, the renaissance style church was built in 1951. The red brick bell tower is topped by a crown modeled after the one worn by Mexico's 18th century Empress Carlota. The confessional, communion and pulpit are beautifully carved from wood.
